- Cash on delivery within Dhaka (Tk 70 delivery charge.
- 130 taka delivery charge outside Dhaka must be paid in advance, the price of the products is cash on delivery.
- Order processing may take up to 24 hours.
- Delivery may take 24-36 hours within Dhaka.
- Delivery may take 2-4 days outside Dhaka.
- The customer can check the product in front of the delivery person by talking to the seller.

- In case of any problem from the manufacture, please contact us immediately, within 3 days. After 3 days warranty cannot be claimed under any circumstances.
