Delivery & Shipping Process:
- Cash on delivery within Dhaka (Tk 70 delivery charge.
- 130 taka delivery charge outside Dhaka must be paid in advance, the price of the products is cash on delivery.
- Order processing may take up to 24 hours.

Warranty & Return-Refund Policy
Warranty:
- We usually have a 3-day replacement warranty.
- In case of any problem from the manufacture, please contact us immediately, within 3 days. After 3 days warranty cannot be claimed under any circumstances.
- For warranty claim the product should be brought to our shop along with the cash memo, product packaging. Or you can send it by delivery man, the customer will have to bear the delivery charge.
- 3-4 weeks wait for brand warranty.
- Product quality depends on the manufacturer. No affiliation with gearswheel. You cannot return a product if you do not like the quality of the product.
Return Policy:
- If the product is not genuine or original. You must inform us within 24 hours.
- If you receive a physically damaged product after opening the package. (must send unboxing video)
- If the product is different from the product ordered. (wrong product is)
- If you change your mind/ordered in wrong order.(Product must be sealed.Product cannot be returned after opening
